Significance of Annual Manikoot Parikarma:
Atma Kutir organizes Manikoot mountain parikarma(rally) every year in the month of Falgun (Feb/March). During the parikarma all visitors do the complete walk of about 50 Kms around the manikoot parvat. Manikoot parikrama was observed hundred of years ago, which was lost over time. Guruji revived the yatra in same manner it was done in past.
The parikrama is basically a spiritual objective given to guruji by his guruji. Subsequently, it’s a large progression, where people who are spiritually inclined come to join; not only from India but from foreign countries also. It’s a celebration where devotees worship 9 dwar’s of manikoot parvat. It is fully disciplined progression despite large number of joiners. Overall it is a wonderful experience for those who are a part of it.
